April 1st and 2nd, HBIS CPC and Group Chairman Liu Jian inspected HBIS Serbia, studied the performance of the company and gave instructions for the future operation of the company. He emphasized, the company should firmly implement the spirits of the reply of Chairman Xi Jinping and implement the working arrangements of the Provincial CPC Committee, Provincial Government, and Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and Further Promote the "Role Model of the Times" Spirit and promote HBIS Serbia to a new level. We should build it a high quality and iconic project in the Belt & Road Initiative, making new and greater contributions to promoting Serbia's economic and social development and consolidating the ironclad friendship between China and Serbia.

Liu Jian fully recognized the achievements made in the business development of HBIS Serbia and said the company had been inspected by Chairman Xi Jiping and received high remarks. It is an active success in high quality Belt and Road Initiative project in China and Serbia cooperation and received strong support from Hebei Provicial CPC Committee and Government. HBIS Chinese executive management team has fulfilled its responsibilities in the Belt & Road project and praised by both Serbian Government and people, honoring HBIS, Hebei Province and China.

Liu Jian emphasized we should remember Chairman Xi’s remarks and be grateful and forge ahead, firmly implement the spirits of the reply of Chairman Xi Jinping and implement the work arrangements of the Provincial CPC Committee, Provincial Government, and Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and Further Promoting the "Role Model of the Times" Spirit and develop HBIS Serbia to a new level. We should love the enterprise, be dedicated, professional, grateful and forge ahead to promote the performance of the steel mill and economic development of the Serbia and the strong friendship of between China and Serbia.

Liu Jian emphasized we should adopt new vision and new concepts to manage the enterprise and improve the performance. We should focus on advanced companies and study EU market and its policies, while promoting our international development and marketing capabilities. We could improve the implementations of key projects and enhance our competitiveness and make better profits. We should constantly improve our energy management and strengthen the supply chain. We could take full advantages of HBIS platforms to enhance the technological collaborations, resource collaborations and build a highly efficient management system.

Liu Jian emphasized HR was essential to strengthen the friendship between China and Serbia. Chinese management team should take high standards to follow Serbian laws and regulations and work closely with local teams to promote HBIS images and positive images of Chinese enterprises. We should be fully committed to the development of HBIS Serbia and make an even better steel mill. As ever, HBIS will provide strong assistance to the executive management team from China in their daily life so that they could make new progress in the development of HBIS Serbia.

In his visit, Liu Jian inspected the hot rolling mill and sinter plant to have a direct understanding to the operation of the facilities and their actual performances. He also visited the HBIS Serbia Ten Year Exhibition hall. The executives of HBIS Serbia also made a presentation of the performance and working plans to the visiting HBIS team.
